We charge set rates for shipping on our retail orders in order to ensure that we can provide exact costs when your order is placed and that we are charging a fair price for this service. These costs are for each order shipped to the same address.

Please note that some services will not deliver to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses. We are not responsible for lost packages and cannot replace them. We will make every effort to provide you with notification by email when your package has been mailed and supply you with the shipper's tracking information so that you can track the status of your package. Be sure to include your e-mail address with your order so that we can notify you of your order status.
These charges do not apply to wholesale orders. We will calculate the shipping costs of all wholesale orders and provide you with the charges at the time of your order.
International Shipping
International shipping times vary but usually take approximately 10 business days in addition to the time necessary to clear customs.
Shipping charges are usually $13 for up to one pound in weight. However, if costs for your location are higher, you will be notified by email. These shipping and handling fees do NOT cover any taxes, duties, or broker's fees. These are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact your country's postal service or customs department to determine what those fees may be. We are not responsible for lost packages and will not replace them. We will notify you when your package ships and the package number. Items will be marked as merchandise on customs forms. International orders must ship and bill to the same address. We do not ship orders over $300 to international locations.
